Using up the rest of the black canvas I bought for my Night Circus piece, I decided to continue with opening lines from my favorite books. This, obviously, is from Fahrenheit 451 a leftover love from my adolescent obsession with classic science fiction and in particular Ray Bradbury. Something Wicked This Way Comes is one of the only books I’ve had to stop reading because I was too scared.
The flame, which I freehanded, came out a little more cutesy than I had hoped, but I may add some more detail later.
